We are unable to offer Chalet Lisborg for the foreseeable future.

Chalet Lisborg:

A huge, new build chalet sleeping up to 24 that opened it's doors for the 1st time in December 2007.

Location:

Located in Le Biot, about 15-20 minutes drive from Morzine it is currently available to rent by the week, month or season and the owner would be more than happy for it to be taken on by a chalet company. The Ballad’Aulps bus stops on the doorstep three times a day and also runs regularly from the centre of the village which is about 15 minutes walk from the chalet.

Layout:

The chalet comprises 379 m2 over three floors and can be devided into two if required.

The lower floor apartment, Arras, has living room (with double sofa bed), kitchen and one en-suite double bedroom with french windows onto the terrace.

A further two en-suite double bedrooms with french windows onto the terrace and one en-suite bunk bed room with a double sofa bed are also located on this floor and can be available in addition to either of the upper or lower apartments (not available for monthly/seasonal lets).

The ground floor houses the hot tub (enclosed on the balcony and available at extra cost), sauna, drying cupboards and ski store which are all shared if the apartments are taken seperately.

The upper apartment is over two floors with a large living room and huge open plan kitchen and dining area. Upstairs are four en-suite bedrooms, two with balconies, King size beds and a fold out single bed in each, one bunk room with a double sofa bed and a twin room with a double sofa bed.

Services:

For short term rentals of up to a month we offer a hosted package which includes meet and greet, welcome pack (directions, local info, cleaning products, a few basic groceries), linens and towels, chalet orientation and the benefit of our local knowledge both on and off piste.

Stay for a month or more and you will still benefit from the meet and greet, welcome pack (directions, local info, cleaning products, a few basic groceries), and chalet orientation. Linens and towels can be hired at extra cost.
