A beautiful newly built duplex apartment occupying the top two floors of a three storey chalet located below the slopes of Super Morzine benefiting from stunning panoramic views over the valley and resort centre to the ski slopes of both Le Pleney, which are floodlit in high season, and the Point de Nyon. It also comes with a good sized garage with room for a large family car plus sports equipment and bikes etc. Ideal for families and groups travelling by car.


Location

Located on the Route d'Avoriaz in the Le Croix sector of Morzine, below the slopes of Super-Morzine.  In the summer you may easily cycle down from the top of the Super-Morzine bubble.

The apartment is south facing, enjoying maximum sunshine throughout the day. The living and dining areas lead on to a large balcony with outdoor furniture so you may take full advantage of the views and sunshine.

Layout

The apartment comprises approximately 95m2 and there are four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people in comfort. There is beechwood flooring throughout, except for the bathrooms and entrance hall which are tiled, and a combination of underfloor and wall mounted heating.

A spacious entrance hall provides access to one bathroom and seperate toilet and also leads into the open plan living area. Here you will find a comfortable lounge area equiped with TV, DVD and stereo. The kichen is well equiped with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher and the dining table extends to seat up to 10. From here is access to a large balcony furnished with outdoor table & seating.

On this floor you will also find a twin bedroom with plenty of storage and stairs leading to the upper floor.

At the top of the stairs is a toilet and straight ahead a small bedroom with bunks for two. Ideal for children.

To the right is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a view across the valley. To the left the double en-suite master bedroom with a small balcony, also overlooking the valley. there is also a washing machine in this bathroom.

We offer a package which includes meet and greet, welcome pack (directions, local info, cleaning products, a few basic groceries), apartment orientation, option to hire linen (includes towels, bath mats & tea towels and your beds will be made up for arrival). Should you have any problems we are only a phone call away and have someone in resort year round.

Any of the services listed on the 'Extras' page will also be available to you, including discounted transfers and ski and snowboard hire delivered to the apartment.
