Chalet Le Timeris
Located on the edge of Morzine town, just a short 10-15 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaraunts, Chalet Timeris is a traditional chalet nestled in a quiet corner at the heart of the Portes du Soleil. It is set in its own grounds and the free resort bus stops on the doorstep every 20-30 minutes.
You may arrive and leave any day of the week and we don't charge single supplements for shared rooms.
Layout:
There are four guests rooms available sleeping up to 12 in winter and up to 10 in summer.
Downstairs in the Winter: - An en-suite twin, triple or double room with a shower and toilet, plus a large room sleeping up to 5 adults. Ski and Snowboard Storage.
Downstairs in the Summer: - An en-suite twin, triple or double room with shower & toilet. Bike room with basic workshop.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, a triple room with balcony and a family room with double bed & bunks. These rooms share a bathroom (bath with shower over) and a seperate toilet.
The fully equiped kitchen has dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, large fridge etc. and the living/dining room comes with three three sofas, a log burner, a 12 seat dining table and opens onto the balcony.
The chalet benefits from a balcony on three sides with views across the valley to Montriond, Super-Morzine, Avoriaz and the Point de Nyon; Indoor ski and snowboard storage in the winter and indoor bike storage and workshop space in the summer; a garden and patio with a barbeque planned for summer 2008; parking for up to 6 vehicles; the free shuttle bus stops right outside the chalet.
Service:
Whilst we don't cater, we do live in and are available throughout your stay should you need anything. The following services are offered, or can be arranged:
- Fresh linens, towels, duvets and soft pillows.
- Chalet clean 5 days a week.
- Grocery shopping service (conditions apply & advance payment required)
- Laundry Service on request where available (charged in resort)
- Booking of local restaurants, taxis, masseur, nanny, caterers etc.
- Ski-pass collection (conditions apply & advance payment required)
- Equipment Hire (in house in winter, locally in summer)
- Arranging lessons/guides

Overall we offer an ideal arrangement for lone travelers and small groups who rarely get the opportunity to stay in self catered accommodation, while appealing to families and larger groups who don't want the constrains of a catered chalet but welcome the convenience of a host and daily cleaning.
You should note that the chalet is offered on a shared basis and you will be sharing the facilities with ourselves and unless you book all the beds, probably some other guests too.
