Why choose Morzine?
In our opinion (and we rarely agree!) Morzine is a resort that caters to almost everyone plus it is also very easy to get to. Just 50 miles from Geneva, it couldn’t be more accessible and is quickly becoming a favourite resort of many with an active summer and winter programme that suits most appetites.
As part of the huge Portes du Soleil area with over 650 km of winter pistes and 380 kms of summer trails in 14 resorts and 2 countires there is just about every type of terrain you could wish for. From gentle beginers areas with nearby restaurants to off piste routes requiring a hike. There are wide open motorways and narrow tree lined tracks and some of the most beautiful views in the alps.
Off the mountain there is plenty to keep the non skier occupied in the bustling alpine town with a lively village spirit steeped in tradition and Savoyard charm. For a small town it has a very busy nightlife with a good range of different types of bars where you can enjoy a quiet drink with friends or dance the night away.
What are we offering?
When it comes to finding somewhere to stay there are generally two main options; Self Catered apartments or catered chalets and hotels.
We always enjoyed the cameraderie and comfort of a traditional chalet holiday but also wanted the flexibility and low cost of self-catering.
Our accommodation is offered on a hosted, self catered, shared basis so you can benefit from the best of both options - all the conveience of a chalet holiday, the chance to meet other guests and no need to pay for food you don't like served at a time you don't want it!
We can also arrange self catered chalets and apartments for weekly holidays and weekends for those of you who prefer to do your own thing and seasonal accommodation for the lucky or more adventurous. We'll be in resort and available should you need our help during your stay.
